WHAT ARE THEY AND WHY DO THEY WORK?

Life Activations are a form of guided meditation.  Everyone can use this technology.  Pure beginners and experienced meditators all find something of value and joy in these sessions. 

A deeply powerful focus exercise, they are spoken in the first-person and in the present tense.  Activations range in length from approximately 7 - 15 minutes.  Some are set to music, others are not. 

All sustainable change must be supported consciously as well as subconsciously.
Life Activations work because they activate both the conscious and subconscious levels of awareness.  Consciously, the listener can practice training their attention on the words spoken and the intentions being set.  Simultaneously, the use of present-tense and first-person combined with a strong focus on feelings triggers the subconscious to listen deeply.
