Meeting deadlines and reaching targets doesn’t mean anything
if it costs us who we are.
Love is vitally important at work because we spend approximately one third of our lives there. Entrepreneurs and highly successful and dedicated business people can often spend more than that involved in work-related activities and relationships. We have so much of ourselves invested in business that we often confuse our careers with our life purpose. (Something that is clearly defined in the Love Threshold work.) If Love isn’t integrated into work, it isn’t integrated into our lives. Period! If Love doesn’t matter in business, we are missing one of the single most powerful opportunities to become who we are truly destined to be.

Many creative and dedicated people achieve to a high level in business, but continue to be haunted by the feeling that something is missing, despite this apparent “success.” Vibrant, sustainable growth depends upon the total health of the business, which depends upon the total well-being of the business leaders and participants.
